Your Blesyum Account and CRM

You log in to the CRM using your Blesyum account. The name, phone number, profile photo, password, two-factor authentication, session, language, and time zone settings you change on the account settings page apply to your entire Blesyum account; they also apply to the account dashboard and other software.

You can access the page from your avatar at the very bottom of the page, under the "Account Settings" heading.

Account Settings Page

Update your name and profile picture

You can upload and remove your profile photo, edit the Name and Phone fields, and click Save. The phone number is used for account security notifications. Your email address is displayed here but cannot be changed.

Update Password

Fill in the Current Password, New Password, and Confirm Password fields, then click Update Password. The new password must be at least 8 characters long and must contain both letters and numbers; your workspace’s password policy may be stricter.

For security reasons, your sessions on other devices will be logged out when you change your password.

Two-factor authentication

  1. Enable — Click the Enable button.
  2. Scan the code — Use the authenticator app on your phone to scan the QR code on the screen, or enter the displayed setup key into the app.
  3. Confirm — Enter the code generated by the app into the Code field and click Confirm.
  4. Save the recovery codes — Then save the recovery codes that are displayed in a safe place. These codes are displayed only once.

To turn it off, click "Disable"; you will be prompted for your password. If you have lost your recovery codes, you can turn off verification and then turn it back on to receive new codes.

Sessions

Browsers currently open on your account are listed by device type and "Last Active" information; "This device" appears next to the device you're using. If you see an unrecognized device, log out of it and change your password.

"Close other sessions" closes all sessions on devices other than this one and resets your Trusted devices; you will be prompted for a verification code the next time you sign in on those devices.

Date, time, and language

The Language panel sets the language, and the Time Zone panel determines which time zone all dates and times in the panel will be displayed in. The "Automatic (my device's time zone)" option uses your device's time zone. You can leave the Country field blank.

Use the Security tab in the account dashboard to change your email address, manage your trusted devices, and renew your backup recovery codes. The process for closing your account is also located in the Data & Privacy tab of the account dashboard, not in the CRM.

Availability Status

When you click on your avatar, a card opens with a status bar at the top. When you hover over it, four statuses appear in a side-by-side view:

StatusWhat the team seesWill you be assigned an interview?Notifications
OnlineGreen dotYesNormal
EmptyMoon iconNoNormal
Do Not DisturbRed iconYesSound, desktop, and browser notifications are muted
InvisibleYou are seen as offlineNoNormal
  1. Select a status — Tapping a status directly sets it indefinitely.
  2. Set a duration — For a time-based status, hover over the status and select from the drop-down list: 15 minutes, 1 hour, 8 hours, 24 hours, 3 days, or Always.
  3. Watch for the end — When the session is timed, the end time is displayed below the line; once the time expires, you will automatically return to "Online" status.
  • When you are in the "Away" or "Invisible" status, the assignment skips you, and the chat window on your website does not mark you as available.
  • "Do Not Disturb" does not mean you are offline: calls will continue to be assigned to you, and in-app notifications and emails will still be delivered. The confirmation tone for messages you send and the ringtone for incoming calls will still sound.
  • Only you can change your status; your manager cannot change it for you.

Your availability status reflects your current status. Your manager can also set permanent rules from a representative’s page under Team › Members: Accept Calls, Do Not Accept Calls, or Based on Working Hours, as well as the Assignment Limit, which determines the number of calls that can be assigned at the same time.

Log out

The "Sign Out" button at the bottom of the account card logs you out and takes you to the sign-in screen. If you have an active phone call at that moment, it will also end. Your sessions on other devices will remain open; to close them all, use "Close Other Sessions" in the Sessions section.
