Basic Phone and Call center

The phone system has two tiers. The Basic Phone is included in your CRM Subscription; the Call Center is a separate package that adds a full-featured call center on top of it.

FeatureBasic PhoneCall center
Search, Incoming Calls, One-Click DialingAvailableAvailable
Call handling, business hours, voicemailAvailableAvailable
Connecting Your Own SIP LineAvailableAvailable
Number of itemsThe limit in your plan (default 2)Unlimited
Voice Menu (IVR) and Call QueuesNoneAvailable
Live Dashboard, Supervisor, Outbound Call CampaignsNoneAvailable
Call center reports, AI call attendantNoneAvailable

The page description lists the number of numbers included in your plan. In both tiers, charges are based on the number and per minute: number setup fees and call minutes are deducted from your call credit. In the Basic tier, the “More with Call center” card on the right lists the features added by the Call center, and “Explore Call center” opens the Call center page in your account in a new tab. If you have a Call center subscription, the “Open Call center” button in the same location takes you to the Call center dashboard.

Who can manage it

  • Permission to view phone numbers, the line, and credit is sufficient to view the page.
  • This permission is used to manage phone numbers, lines, and credit—to add and remove numbers, connect SIP lines, and top up credit. Since this permission involves spending money, grant it with caution.

1. Connect your own SIP line

To use your existing number from a carrier such as NetGSM, Verimor, or Turkcell, press the “Connect SIP Line” button on the SIP line card. Obtain the following information from your carrier:

  • SIP server → The address provided by the operator, for example, sip.netgsm.com.tr.
  • Registration required → Most providers require you to register with a username and password. Only skip this if your provider authenticates you based on your IP address.
  • Username and Password → Registration is required for this line. If you leave the password field blank while editing the line, the current password will be retained.
  • Numbers on this line → Numbers assigned to this line by the operator. You can add more numbers using "Add Another Number"; at least one number is required.

Most users do not need to change the fields under "Advanced Settings":

  • Port → Default 5060.
  • Transport → UDP, TCP, or TLS.
  • Requested number format → Format expected by the operator: Domestic (05551112233), International (+) (+905551112233), or International (without +) (905551112233).
  • Additional IP addresses → If your carrier routes calls from addresses other than the SIP server, enter up to 10 addresses, separated by commas.

When you click the "Connect Line" button, the line connects to our phone servers. The status badge updates to "Connecting…," "Connected," "Connected (IP-based)," or "Not Connected," and a description explaining what it means appears next to it.

For a line that does not require registration (IP-based), a SIP address is displayed on the screen. Provide this address to your service provider and ask them to forward incoming calls to that address and allow calls from that address.

One SIP line is connected per workspace; it is updated using "Edit Line" and removed using "Remove Line." When you remove a line, calls to that number will no longer reach your team, but your contract with the operator will remain unaffected.

Numbers on the line also count toward your number limit. You cannot add a number that is registered in another workspace; if the number belongs to you, please contact the support team.

2. Get a number from Blesyum

If number sales are open, click the “Buy a Number” button at the top of the page. Enter the country and area code in the “Starts with” field (e.g., +90212 or +90850) and search; the setup and monthly fees for each number will appear in the list. Click "Get" to add the number; the setup fee will be deducted from your call credit. The button remains inactive when you reach your number limit or when sales are closed, and the reason is displayed on the page.

3. Manage Your Numbers

On your Contacts card, the three-dot menu next to each number contains the following:

  • Set default caller ID → The number the customer will see when you call. It is marked with the "Default Caller ID" badge on the card.
  • Rename → A label that only your team will see, such as "Sales Line."
  • Deactivate the number → Incoming calls to the number will stop, and the number can be reassigned to someone else. This action cannot be undone.

A call to a number rings all team members who have the Phone page open at the same time.

4. Load search credits

Search displays your credit card balance. To add credit:

  1. Add Credit — Press the "Add Credit" button on the card.
  2. Amount — Enter an amount between 10 and 50,000 TL.
  3. Card Information — Enter the name on the card, the card number, the expiration month and year, and the CVC.
  4. Proceed to Payment — Your bank’s 3D Secure verification will open in the same window; once you confirm, your credit will appear within a few seconds.

Your card information is not stored in the CRM.

Frequently Asked Questions

The "Get Number" button is disabled

Either you’ve reached the number limit for your plan, or number sales aren’t yet available through Blesyum; the page will indicate which applies. If you’ve reached the limit, you can switch to the Call center; if sales are closed, you can connect your own SIP line.

The message "Not connected" appears

Read the message next to the icon; this usually indicates an authentication or access issue. Use "Edit Line" to correct the information, then click "Save" and "Reconnect."
