On this page
The Plugins page is the CRM’s plugin store: It displays both the built-in features that are already working with your CRM Subscription and third-party plugins that can be added to the CRM in a single list. Here, you can install a third-party add-on, select the permissions you want to grant, and enable, disable, or uninstall it.
- PluginsCRM Plugin Store
- ChannelsSettings for built-in channel plugins
- BLE AIYour built-in AI agent
Accessing the page and permissions
Click the Settings icon in the left menu; the Plugins store entry is located in the Other group of the drop-down panel, and the page opens with the title Plugins. This entry is visible only to users with administrator privileges. To view the page, your role must include the "View Plugins" permission; to install, configure, or remove a plugin, you must have the "Install, Configure, or Remove Plugins" permission.
Store and Setup tabs
At the top of the page, there are two tabs with the number of entries next to them:
- Store — All plugins in the CRM catalog.
- Installed — Plugins you’ve installed and built-in plugins.
Each card includes the plugin’s name, publisher, brief description, type (Platform or Third-party), price or “Free” label, and a status badge:
- Built-in · Enabled → A native feature of the platform; it is already enabled with your Subscription and requires no installation.
- Installable → Third-party plugin; not yet installed.
- Active → Installed and running.
- Installed · Stopped → Installed but not running; can be reactivated.
- Disabled → Discontinued by the platform; cannot be installed or activated.
When you click on a card, the details screen opens; click “Return to Store” to go back to the list.
Built-in Plugins
The CRM’s currently active features are also listed as built-in plugins in the store; for example, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Telegram channels, the Live Chat widget, and the BLE AI Assistant. There are no “Install” or “Uninstall” buttons for these: they are already enabled with your Subscription. You can configure their settings from their respective screens; for the channels, see the "Channels Overview," and for the AI, see the "Get to Know BLE AI" article.
Installing third-party plugins
- Open the plugin — On the Store tab, click the card for the plugin marked as "Installable."
- Select a version — From the Version list in the Installation section, select one of the versions that have been reviewed. If no version has been released, the plugin cannot be installed, and the screen will indicate this.
- Select Permissions — Check the permissions you want to grant from the list of permissions requested by this plugin. Only the permissions you check will be granted; the plugin cannot use any permissions you do not check.
- Install — Click the Install button.
- Enable — Installation does not activate the plugin. Click "Enable" in the "Management" section of the details screen; the badge will show "Enabled."
The plugin is granted only the permissions you select from those required by the version; you cannot grant a permission that the version does not require. The granted permissions are listed in the "Granted Permissions" section under "Administration." There is no option on this screen to change the granted permissions later.
Managing Installed Plugins
In the "Management" section of an installed plugin's details screen:
- Stop — The plugin remains installed but does not run; the badge will show as "Installed · Stopped." You can re-enable it by clicking "Enable."
- Settings — Enter the settings specified by the plugin’s publisher as a JSON object and click “Save Settings.” If the text is not a valid JSON object, a warning will appear before saving.
- Uninstall — Uninstalls the plugin and returns you to the store list.
Uninstall is applied immediately without prompting for confirmation. If you only want to temporarily disable the add-on, use "Stop."

Why is there no button in the built-in plugin?
