The Blesyum CRM screen consists of three parts: a narrow icon bar on the far left, the panel for the section you’ve selected next to it, and the workspace on the right. This tour explains how to expand and collapse the menu, and where to find the search, notifications, help, and account card features.

  • InboxReturn to your customer conversations
  • OverviewDaily Summary and Call Report
  • Account SettingsYour profile, password, and sessions
  • Initial SetupComplete the checklist step by step

When you open the CRM

When you log in to the CRM, the conversation at the top of your default inbox view opens. If there are no conversations yet, you’ll be directed to your inbox.

1. Left sidebar

The ribbon displays the main sections of the CRM as icons. The top group includes Inbox, BLE AI, Sales Tracking, Customers, Campaigns, Help Center, Overview, and Phone; the bottom group includes Notifications, Help, Team, and Settings. Your account card is located at the very bottom.

  • When you hover your mouse over the ribbon, it expands after a brief delay to display the section names; when you move your mouse away, it collapses again.
  • The number on the Inbox icon indicates the number of unread conversations, while the number on the bell icon indicates the number of unread notifications. The number or dot on the Team icon indicates that there are unread messages in the team chat. When the ribbon is dark, the numbers turn into small dots.
  • The Help Center is the help site you publish for your own customers; Help refers to the Blesyum knowledge base you are currently reading.

Only the sections for which you have permission are visible in the ribbon. For example, viewing the Overview report requires permission to manage campaigns; in the Team section, the member, permission, and audit rows are displayed only to those who can manage the team. If you do not see a section you expect to see, contact your administrator.

Section 2 panel

When you select a section in the ribbon, its submenu opens next to it; the panel’s title is the section’s name. The panel’s content may vary depending on your permissions.

SectionWhat's in the panel
InboxInbox sections and counters, Quick Replies
BLE AIGet Started; Information and Behavior, Automation, Measurement, and Publishing folders; Settings
Sales TrackingSales Processes (including Won and Lost) and Tasks
CustomersIndividuals (All customers and segments) and Companies
CampaignsAll campaigns: Active, Inactive, New campaigns, and WhatsApp bulk messages
PhoneKeypad, Phone Numbers, Answering Calls, Active Calls
HelpAll articles and topic headings
TeamTeam Chat, Direct Messages, Members, Permissions and Structure, Moderation
SettingsAdministration, Settings, Other, and Personal sections

Groups with titles are collapsible folders; you can expand or collapse them by clicking on the title or the arrow on the right. This preference is saved, but the folder for the page you’re on always opens automatically.

Collapse menu

The "Collapse Menu" button to the right of the panel title closes the panel; only the ribbon remains on the screen, and the workspace expands. When you click the icon for a paneled section in compact mode, the panel reopens. When the panel is closed, the search box and setup card are moved below the ribbon as icons.

Securing with a staple

When you hover over the ribbon with the mouse, a pushpin appears next to the logo. If you click the "Pin Menu" button, the ribbon remains open with the section names and moves the panel to the right; the paperclip appears filled in. Click "Unpin" to return to the previous state. Pinning is only available on the desktop and when the menu is not minimized; your preference is saved in this browser.

When the panel is open, the Search box appears directly below the panel header. When you click the box, a window opens where you can search for pages, conversations, customers, help center articles, and tags in your left-hand menu. Search results are not filtered based on the section you’re in; they return the same results from every panel. Details: Search for everything in one place.

4. Notifications and Help

  • The bell icon (Notifications) in the ribbon’s subgroup opens a drawer from the right. The unread count, the “Mark All as Read” option, and “View All Notifications” are located here.
  • The Help section opens this knowledge base. The panel displays All Articles and topic headings; the number of articles is listed next to each heading.
  • If you can’t find what you’re looking for, you can contact the Blesyum support team by clicking “Submit a Support Request” at the top of the Help page, and you can track your requests using “My Support Requests.” Both options open your account dashboard in a new tab.

5. Account Card

When you tap your avatar at the very bottom of the ribbon, a card opens above the menu:

  • Status bar → Online, Away, Do Not Disturb, or Invisible. Hover over it to see the status options and durations. The icon in the corner of your avatar indicates your current status.
  • Account settings → Name and profile photo, password, two-factor authentication, sessions, language, and time zone.
  • Notification Preferences → Which events will be delivered via which channels, browser notifications, and alert sounds.
  • Theme bar → Cycles through Light mode, Dark mode, and Mixed mode; the bar’s name indicates the next theme. Mixed mode features a dark left-hand menu on a light background. The bar is visible if your workspace allows for theme changes.
  • Log Out → Logs you out and returns you to the login screen.

If you can see the Settings section, the Account Settings, Notification Preferences, and My Notifications options are also located in the Settings › Personal group.

6. Installation Guide

The "Installation Not Complete" card remains at the bottom of the section panel until your installation is finished. The card displays your progress with a progress bar and the name of the next step; clicking it opens the checklist. Once the installation is complete, the card disappears permanently.

On phones and tablets

On narrow screens, the left menu is hidden, and a bar appears at the bottom of the screen: Menu, Inbox, Clients, Team, and Profile. The Menu button opens the ribbon and panel as a full-screen drawer; tapping a section icon here switches the panel without leaving the current page.
