You can start with just one person. Pricing is based on the number of users and the modules you select; you won’t pay for modules you don’t use.
Yes. Current accounts, inventory, open invoices, and historical transactions are transferred with strict controls. Before the migration, we perform a test import using real data; we do not go live until the numbers match.
Yes. You can connect each module to its own domain name—for example, `erp.firmanizin-adi.com`. As soon as you connect it, that becomes the product’s address, and the certificate is automatically obtained.
Our servers are located in Turkey. Each customer’s data is isolated at the database level; a query from one customer cannot see another customer’s records.
Yes. When you cancel your subscription, you can export your data; permanent deletion occurs 30 days later, and you’ll be notified at every step during this period.
Setup and role-based training are included in the starter package. Support packages with guaranteed response times are available for ongoing support; the scope of each package is specified in the contract.
Yes. You can open the modules you want from the dashboard and close the ones you no longer need; your bill for the next billing period will be calculated based on your current list of active modules. The data from the modules you close isn’t deleted—it will still be there when you reopen them.
