1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use regulate the terms and conditions regarding the use of www.blesyum.com website, accounts.blesyum.com customer panel and all related subdomains and digital platforms ("Platform") operated by Blesyum Software and Technology Ltd. ("Blesyum", "Company").

By using the Platform, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use.

2. Definitions

• Platform: www.blesyum.com, accounts.blesyum.com and all related subdomains, mobile applications and digital services.
• User: Individual or legal entity using the Platform in any way.
• Customer: Individual or legal entity who has entered into a service contract with Blesyum.
• Services: Digital marketing, software development, web design, graphic design, e-commerce consulting, social media management, IT consulting, training and mentoring services provided by Blesyum.
• Customer Panel: Online platform provided at accounts.blesyum.com where customers can track their projects and manage payments.

3. Service Scope

Blesyum provides professional digital services in the following areas:

• Digital Marketing and Growth (Google Ads, Meta Ads, advertising management, SEO, SEM);
• Software and Technology Development (web applications, mobile applications, custom software);
• Web and Digital Product Design (UI/UX design, website design);
• Graphic Design (corporate identity, social media visuals, print designs);
• E-Commerce and Marketplace Consulting;
• Social Media and Influencer Management;
• IT Consulting and Infrastructure;
• Globalization and Export Solutions;
• Training, Mentoring and Consulting.

4. User Registration and Account

4.1. Customer Panel Registration

To use the customer panel (accounts.blesyum.com), you must register with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for protecting the security of your account information.

4.2. Account Security

• Keep your password secure and do not share with third parties;
• Immediately notify Blesyum of any unauthorized use;
• You are responsible for all activities performed with your account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform (text, visual, video, logo, design, software code) is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to Blesyum. Unauthorized use, copying, distribution or reproduction is prohibited. For details, please review our Intellectual Property Rights text.

6. User Conduct Rules

Users undertake not to:

• Use Platform for illegal purposes;
• Violate intellectual property rights;
• Transmit viruses, malware or harmful code;
• Attempt to infiltrate Platform systems (hacking, DDoS attack, etc.);
• Share misleading or false information;
• Engage in spam or unsolicited advertising;
• Violate rights of other users;
• Engage in behavior contrary to general moral principles.

Blesyum reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts of users violating these rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Service Availability

Blesyum strives to provide uninterrupted Platform service but does not guarantee continuous availability. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or technical issues.

7.2. Limitation of Damages

Blesyum is not liable for indirect, consequential damages (loss of profit, data loss, business interruption) arising from Platform use, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7.3. Third Party Content

Platform may contain links to third party websites. Blesyum is not responsible for content and privacy policies of these sites.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data collected through Platform is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). For detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Cookies

Platform uses cookies. For information about which cookies are used and their purposes, please review our Cookie Policy.

10. User Content

10.1. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for content (text, images, files) they upload to Platform. Content must not violate intellectual property rights or be illegal.

10.2. License Grant

Users grant Blesyum a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use uploaded content within service provision scope.

11. Termination and Suspension

Blesyum reserves the right to terminate or suspend User's access to Platform in the following cases:

• Violation of Terms of Use;
• Illegal activities or security threats;
• Long-term inactivity (customer panel accounts);
• Non-payment (for paid services).

12. Changes to Terms

Blesyum reserves the right to update these Terms of Use. Changes are effective upon publication on Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are subject to Turkish law. For disputes arising from Platform use, Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Execution Offices are authorized.

14. Disclaimer

Platform and services are provided "as is". Blesyum does not provide any warranty regarding accuracy, completeness or suitability for specific purpose of information on Platform.
