Service Agreement General Terms

1. Parties

Customer (Employer): Individual or legal entity who approves the service proposal and/or signs the contract.
2. Subject of Contract
This contract regulates the general terms of digital services to be provided by Blesyum to the Customer. The specific scope, duration, price and delivery terms of the service are determined in the proposal/order form prepared separately for each project and constitute an integral part of this contract.
3. Service Scope
Services that may be provided within the scope of this contract:
- Digital Marketing: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads management, SEO, SEM, performance marketing, advertising budget management and optimization;
- Software Development: Web applications, mobile applications, custom software solutions, API development, CRM/ERP integrations;
- Web Design: UI/UX design, responsive website design and coding, landing page design;
- Graphic Design: Corporate identity, logo, social media visuals, print materials, packaging design;
- E-Commerce Consulting: E-commerce site setup, marketplace integrations, product management;
- Social Media Management: Content production, community management, influencer collaborations;
- IT Consulting: Infrastructure planning, server management, security consulting;
- Training and Mentoring: Digital marketing training, technical mentoring, consulting.
4. Service Delivery and Acceptance
4.1. Delivery Method
Services are delivered digitally through the following channels:
- Customer panel (accounts.blesyum.com) - project tracking, file delivery;
- Email - reports, documents, access information;
- Cloud storage services - design files, source code;
- Live systems - websites, software, campaigns.
4.2. Acceptance Process
Customer must review delivered work and provide feedback within the period specified in the proposal/order form (generally 7 business days). If no feedback is received within this period, the work is deemed accepted.
4.3. Revision Requests
Number of revisions and scope are specified in the proposal/order form. Additional revisions require additional payment.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. Payment Schedule
Payment schedule is determined in the proposal/order form. Generally:
- Project-based services: 50% advance, 50% upon delivery;
- Monthly services: At the beginning of each period;
- Hourly services: Upon completion of work or monthly.
5.2. Payment Methods
Customer can make payments through:
- Bank transfer/EFT;
- Credit card (through customer panel);
- Invoice and advance payment.
5.3. Late Payment
In case of late payment, Blesyum has the right to suspend service provision. For delays exceeding 15 (fifteen) days, legal interest can be charged.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
6.1. Scope
Individual customers (real person consumers) have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 (fourteen) days in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
6.2. Withdrawal Conditions
Right of withdrawal expires in the following cases:
- If service provision has started with customer approval;
- For digital content delivered (design files, software, passwords);
- For services and products customized according to customer requests.
Withdrawal notification must be made in writing (by email or mail).
6.3. Refund in Case of Withdrawal
If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the amount paid by the Customer will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days from the notification reaching Blesyum, using the same payment method. The price of partially performed services is deducted from the refund amount.
7. Customer Information
Customer has been informed about the following matters before order:
- Basic characteristics, scope and duration of service;
- Service provider's name, address, contact information;
- Service price (all taxes included);
- Payment method and plan;
- Right of withdrawal and usage conditions;
- Complaint and objection application channels.
8. Obligations of Parties
8.1. Blesyum's Obligations
- To provide services specified in order/proposal form completely and to professional standards;
- To share project process transparently through customer panel;
- To protect confidentiality of customer information;
- To act in accordance with legal legislation.
8.2. Customer's Obligations
- To pay service fee on time;
- To provide information and materials required for project;
- To complete approval and feedback processes within reasonable time;
- To use access information provided by Blesyum securely.
9. Warranty and Support
Blesyum guarantees that delivered service outputs will comply with characteristics specified in order/proposal form. Technical errors detected after delivery are corrected free of charge within 30 (thirty) days. This period does not cover design preference or scope change requests.
10. Protection of Personal Data
Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with KVKK Law No. 6698. For detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy and KVKK Clarification Text.
11. Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from this contract; if service price falls below the monetary limit determined by Ministry of Trade, Consumer Arbitration Committees can be applied to; if above, Consumer Courts can be applied to. For legal entity customers, Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Execution Offices are authorized.
12. Effective Date
This contract enters into force on the date it is electronically approved by the Customer. Contract text is always accessible from customer panel (accounts.blesyum.com).
