Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Information
This Cancellation and Refund Policy regulates cancellation, withdrawal and refund conditions for digital services provided by Blesyum Software and Technology Ltd. ("Blesyum").

2. Service Types and Cancellation Conditions
2.1. Project-Based Services
(Software development, web design, graphic design, e-commerce setup, etc.)
- Cancellation before service starts: Customer can cancel order before service provision starts. In this case, preparatory work costs are deducted from the received down payment and remaining amount is refunded within 14 (fourteen) business days.
- Cancellation after service starts: For cancellations made after project work has started, completed phases are paid by Customer. If there is remaining balance, it is refunded within 14 (fourteen) business days.
- After project delivery: No refund for delivered and accepted project outputs.
2.2. Continuous/Subscription Services
(Digital marketing management, social media management, SEO, advertising management, etc.)
- For monthly contracts: Customer can cancel service by giving written notice at least 15 (fifteen) days before next period starts. Current period fee is not refunded.
- For annual contracts: Customer can cancel renewal by giving written notice at least 30 (thirty) days before contract end date. Early termination penalty may apply (if stated in contract).
- Ad budgets: Advertising budgets paid to external platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are not refundable. Only Blesyum's management fee portion is evaluated.
2.3. Hourly/Consultation Services
Services already provided based on hourly pricing are not refundable. Unused hours can be evaluated for future use.
2.4. Training and Mentoring
- Before training: Can be cancelled by giving notice at least 7 (seven) days before training date. Full refund is made.
- After training starts: No refund for started trainings. However, if training cannot be completed due to trainer's fault, refund is made in proportion to remaining sessions.
3. Right of Withdrawal (For Consumer Customers)
3.1. Scope
Individual customers (real person consumers) have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason, in accordance with Law No. 6502.
3.2. Withdrawal Conditions
Right of withdrawal expires in the following cases:
- Services performed immediately with consumer's explicit approval;
- Digital content delivered electronically;
- Services and products prepared specifically according to consumer's request;
- Goods whose nature does not allow return (software licenses, design files).
3.3. Withdrawal Procedure
For withdrawal:
- Send email to we@blesyum.com with subject "Withdrawal";
- Notify by calling 0216 606 14 90;
- Send withdrawal form through customer panel (accounts.blesyum.com).
Refund is made within 14 (fourteen) days after withdrawal notification reaches us.
4. Refund Process
4.1. Refund Method
Refunds are made to the same payment method used during purchase:
- Credit card: Returned to same card;
- Bank transfer/EFT: Transferred to customer's account;
- Customer panel balance: Can be used for future purchases.
4.2. Refund Duration
Refunds are completed within 14 (fourteen) business days at the latest. Reflection to your account may take 2-10 business days depending on your bank.
4.3. Partial Refund
For partial refunds:
- Price of work already done is deducted;
- Materials purchased (stock photos, licenses) are deducted;
- Administrative expenses (max 10% of total price) can be deducted.
5. Cancellation by Blesyum
Blesyum reserves the right to cancel contract in the following cases:
- If customer does not make payment despite warnings;
- If customer does not provide materials and information required for project despite warnings;
- If customer behaves in violation of contract terms;
- In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, wars, etc.).
In case of cancellation by Blesyum, payments received are fully refunded (except for cases arising from customer's fault).
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not refundable:
- Advertising budgets paid to external platforms;
- Domain name and hosting fees (renewed annually);
- Third-party license fees (stock photos, fonts, software);
- Services already provided and accepted;
- Customized design and content materials.
7. Special Conditions
7.1. Campaign and Discount Refunds
For services purchased with campaign prices, if refund is made, discount amount is deducted and payment is made at normal price.
7.2. Package Service Refunds
For package services, if partial cancellation is desired, prices of completed services are calculated individually and remaining balance is refunded.
8. Objection and Arbitration
For disputes regarding cancellation and refund:
- Applications can be made to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within monetary limits determined by Ministry of Trade;
- Objections and complaints can be submitted through www.tuketici.gov.tr;
- Call Consumer Complaint Hotline: 175.
