Distance Service Sales Agreement

Buyer (Customer): Individual or legal entity purchasing service. Customer's identity and contact information is recorded in order/proposal form and customer panel (accounts.blesyum.com).
2. Subject of Contract
This contract regulates the rights and obligations of parties regarding provision of digital services ordered by Customer electronically (via www.blesyum.com website, email, phone or customer panel) in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Service Information
Service type, scope, duration, price and payment terms are detailed in order/proposal form. Providable services:
- Digital Marketing and Advertising Management Services;
- Software Development and Technology Services;
- Website Design and Development Services;
- Graphic Design Services;
- E-Commerce and Marketplace Consulting Services;
- Social Media Management Services;
- IT Consulting Services;
- Training, Mentoring and Consulting Services;
- Globalization and Export Solutions Services.
4. Service Price and Payment
4.1. Service Price
Service price is specified in order/proposal form including all taxes. Advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are separate from service price.
4.2. Payment Method
Payment can be made via; bank transfer/EFT, credit card or customer panel (accounts.blesyum.com) online payment system.
4.3. Payment Schedule
Payment schedule is specified in order/proposal form. Generally; 50% advance for project services, monthly payment for continuous services.
5. Service Provision
5.1. Start Date
Service provision starts after order confirmation and advance payment. Start date is specified in order/proposal form.
5.2. Delivery
Service outputs are delivered digitally via customer panel (accounts.blesyum.com), email or live systems. Delivery date is specified in proposal.
5.3. Delays
In case of delay, Customer is informed and new delivery date is determined. For delays exceeding 30 (thirty) days, Customer has right to cancel contract.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. Scope
Consumer Customer (real person) has right to withdraw from contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason, in accordance with Distance Contracts Regulation.
6.2. Withdrawal Exceptions
Right of withdrawal does not apply in following cases:
- Services performed immediately with consumer's explicit approval;
- Digital content delivered electronically;
- Services and products prepared specifically according to consumer's request;
- Software, design files and similar digital products whose nature does not allow return.
Withdrawal notification must be made in writing (by email or mail).
6.3. Refund in Case of Withdrawal
If right of withdrawal is validly exercised, amount paid by Customer is refunded within 14 (fourteen) days from withdrawal notification reaching Blesyum, using same payment method. Price of partially performed services is deducted from refund amount.
7. Customer Information
Customer has been informed before order about following matters:
- Basic characteristics, scope and duration of service;
- Service provider's name, address, contact information;
- Service price (all taxes included);
- Payment method and plan;
- Right of withdrawal and usage conditions;
- Complaint and objection application channels.
8. Obligations of Parties
8.1. Blesyum's Obligations
- To provide services specified in order/proposal form completely and to professional standards;
- To share project process transparently via customer panel;
- To protect confidentiality of customer information;
- To act in accordance with legal legislation.
8.2. Customer's Obligations
- To pay service fee on time;
- To provide information and materials required for project;
- To complete approval and feedback processes within reasonable time;
- To use access information provided by Blesyum securely.
9. Warranty and Support
Blesyum guarantees that delivered service outputs will comply with characteristics specified in order/proposal form. Technical errors detected after delivery are corrected free of charge within 30 (thirty) days. This period does not cover design preference or scope change requests.
10. Personal Data Protection
Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with KVKK Law No. 6698. For detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy and KVKK Clarification Text.
11. Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from this contract; if service price falls below monetary limit determined by Ministry of Trade, Consumer Arbitration Committees can be applied to; if above, Consumer Courts can be applied to. For legal entity customers, Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Execution Offices are authorized.
12. Effective Date
This contract enters into force on date it is electronically approved by Customer. Contract text is always accessible from customer panel (accounts.blesyum.com).
