The Data Migration screen transfers taxpayers, accounts, documents, and journal entries from the export file of the accounting software you use to Blesyum.

Supported resources

  • Luca · Summit → Taxpayer, Document, and Journal Entry
  • Logo · Mikro · Pace → Taxpayer, document, and journal entry (readable in Excel/xlsx in Pace)
  • Dia · Our Account → Taxpayer and Current Account

How it works

  1. Select the source — Select which program you came from; the field mapping is set up accordingly.
  2. Upload the file — Your program’s export file. Files containing Turkish characters (CP1254) and amounts with a decimal separator at the end (such as "1,234.56") are read correctly.
  3. Check the preview — Before the transfer begins, you’ll see which line goes where.
  4. Start the transfer — Progress, as well as the number of successful and failed lines, is displayed in real time on the screen.

If even a single line is missing, the migration is NOT COMPLETE, and the job is marked as PARTIAL. If you go live with incomplete clients, their tax returns will not be filed—do not go live until you have corrected the erroneous lines and completed the migration.

A migration that was interrupted will resume from where it left off; you don’t need to start over. Uploading the same file a second time will not duplicate the records.

Balance in journal entry transfer

The debit/credit balance is checked when journal entries are imported. Unbalanced entries are quarantined and listed separately — silently importing an unbalanced entry would disrupt your trial balance.

You can take it with you when you leave

Portability works both ways. From the Export screen in the Documents section, you can download all of your office’s data as a CSV package; the package’s column headers match exactly the fields read by this migration engine.
