A taxpayer is a natural or legal person with whom your firm does business. Virtually every screen in the software (ledger, tax return, payroll, e-document) is linked to a taxpayer.

Add one by one

The form opened by clicking the "New Taxpayer" button on the Taxpayers screen requires at least the following:

  • VKN / TCKN → 10 digits for legal entities, 11 digits for individuals
  • Title → Official title; this is included in the header of tax returns and reports
  • Tax Regime → Balance Sheet · Business · Self-Employed · Simplified Method

Bulk Import

If you have a ready-made list, you can upload it from an Excel template using the Bulk Import feature. If you’re migrating from another accounting program, use the Data Migration screen instead of entering data manually — exports from Luca, Zirve, Logo, Mikro, Pace, Dia, and Bizim Hesap are supported.

Client Card

Clicking on a row opens the client card. The Panorama tab of the card consolidates everything related to that client on a single screen: open tasks, upcoming obligations, recent documents, current balance, and account status.

Rows in the list marked with the "EXAMPLE" label contain demo data and cannot generate official documents. You can clear these records, which are created during the trial, from the Trial Data screen in Settings.

Don’t forget to assign staff: if no responsible staff member is assigned to a taxpayer, that taxpayer’s tasks and reminders will remain unassigned.
