Terms of Use

• Platform: www.blesyum.com, accounts.blesyum.com, and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and digital services.
• User: Any natural or legal person who uses the Platform in any manner.
• Customer: A natural or legal person who has entered into a service agreement with Blesyum.
• Services: Subscription Services and Project Services provided by Blesyum (see Section 3).
• Subscription Service: The provision of cloud-based business software modules in exchange for a subscription fee.
• Project Service: Custom development work for the Customer, based on a proposal and a separate agreement.
• Customer Dashboard: The online dashboard available at accounts.blesyum.com where the Customer manages their subscription, modules, users, invoices, and support requests.

Blesyum’s services operate on two tracks. Some of the rules in this document apply to only one of them; the specific track is indicated separately in each section.

A) Subscription Services — Cloud-based business software offered via accounts.blesyum.com: ERP, CRM, E-Commerce, B2B, Call Center, Email, Consulting, and Advertising Management modules. It is used with a monthly or annual subscription and begins with a 14 (fourteen) day free trial. The software itself remains with Blesyum; the Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software, valid for the duration of the subscription.

B) Project Services — Custom development work for the Customer, subject to a proposal and a separate service agreement :

• Mobile App Development — iOS and Android app development;
• Web Platform — development of a fully functional web system beyond a simple promotional site;
• Bot Development — WhatsApp, Telegram, and web chat bots;
• Custom Module Development — Developing workflows specific to the client on top of Blesyum modules;
• Installation and Data Migration — data migration from the old system, installation, and deployment;
• Integration — Integration with the client’s existing systems and third-party services;
• AI Integration — AI solutions powered by the client’s own data;
• Support Packages — contract-based maintenance, support, and prioritization.

Project Services are billed on a project basis; delivery, acceptance, and intellectual property rules differ from those of Subscription Services.

When using the Platform, Users must:

• Act in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international law;
• Refrain from infringing the rights of third parties;
• Refrain from actions that jeopardize the security of the Platform;
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information in forms and registration processes;
• Refrain from misusing the Platform or distributing malicious software;
• Refrain from attempting to disrupt the Platform’s normal operation;
• Refrain from using automated data collection tools (bots, scrapers, etc.)

The Customer Dashboard is a dedicated area for Customers who have opened an account. Using the Customer Panel, Customers can:

• View their subscription, upgrade, renew, or cancel their plan;
• Activate and manage their modules, and complete setup steps;
• Add users, assign roles and permissions, and send invitations;
• View invoices and payment methods, and make payments;
• Submit support requests and access the knowledge base;
• Export data from their account and request account deletion;
• View the activity log to see who did what in their account.

Customers using the Project Service track the status of the work and the delivered outputs through the channel specified to them.

Access credentials for the customer dashboard are personal and must not be shared with third parties. The user is responsible for account security.

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, source code, and other intellectual property featured on the Platform are the property of Blesyum Software and Technology Limited Company or its licensors. These materials are protected under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846, the Industrial Property Law No. 6769, and related legislation.

Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, modifying, or using the content on the Platform for commercial purposes without Blesyum’s written permission is prohibited.

7.1. Subscription Services

• The software, source code, design, and documentation of the Platform and its modules remain the property of Blesyum; a subscription is not a sale but a license to use;
• The license is valid for the duration of the subscription, is non-exclusive, and is non-transferable; source code is not provided, and reverse engineering is prohibited;
• Data entered by the Customer into the dashboard (current accounts, invoices, customer records, documents, and attachments) belongs to the Customer; Blesyum acts as a data processor with respect to this data and does not use it for advertising, profiling, or model training purposes;
• The Customer may export their data during the subscription period and within 30 days following its termination.

7.2. Project Services

• Intellectual property rights remain with Blesyum until the project fee is paid in full;
• Upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the contract, the economic rights to project deliverables developed specifically for the Customer are transferred to the Customer;
• Platforms, modules, tools, libraries, and infrastructure solutions developed by Blesyum remain with Blesyum under all circumstances; if the project deliverables are built upon these, the transfer applies only to the portion developed specifically for the Customer;
• Components subject to third-party licenses are governed by the relevant license terms;
• Blesyum reserves the right to use the work as a reference unless the Customer notifies Blesyum otherwise in writing.

Blesyum does not guarantee that the Platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or securely. Blesyum is not liable for:

• Access interruptions resulting from technical failures, maintenance, updates, or force majeure;
• For actions taken by Users on the Platform;
• For disruptions caused by third-party service providers;
• For damages resulting from the User’s failure to take their own security precautions;
• For indirect, special, incidental, or punitive damages

shall not be held liable.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for informational purposes only, and Blesyum is not responsible for the content of third-party sites.

Blesyum reserves the right to update these Terms of Use without prior notice. Changes take effect as of the date they are published on the Platform.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes.
