Frequently Asked Questions About Integrations
No. The store and ERP integrations work bidirectionally: accounts receivable, inventory, and invoices are synchronized, and you keep using your current software. If you decide to switch completely, migrating your existing data is a separate service.
The links here come from within the module you’re using; there is no separate integration program or separate invoice. If the other party (marketplace, shipping company, bank) has its own fee structure, that is a matter between them and you.
The scope varies depending on the modules you select: marketplace and shipping integrations are part of E-Commerce; e-documentation with ERP is part of Consultant; and messaging channels are part of CRM. We’ll clarify which ones will be enabled for you during our meeting.
Integrations can be established with any system that has an API. Blesyum has its own REST endpoints, scope-based API keys, and webhooks; if you need a custom integration for your system, we’ll develop it as part of our Integration Service.
The status on the cards is retrieved from the provider catalog in the dashboard; we do not maintain a separate list for marketing purposes. A link labeled “Coming Soon” indicates it is in the queue, and the date varies depending on coverage. If your project depends on that link, please mention it during the meeting: we plan the sequence accordingly.
Yes, but it’s a small program. Systems that run on your own computer—such as Logo, Mikro, and Netsis—and devices at the register (cash register, receipt printer, scale) are not directly connected to the internet; you need an intermediary running on your network to connect to them. We handle the installation. There is no such installation for links labeled “Cloud.”
No. When the other party does not respond, the transaction remains in the queue and resumes where it left off once the connection is restored; this prevents duplicate entries and ensures no orders are lost. If a connection remains down for an extended period, a warning appears in the panel, and you can see which records are waiting individually.
