SECTION A - PRIVACY NOTICE

2. Personal Data Processed and Purposes of Processing

The following personal data is processed through our website (www.blesyum.com), our customer portal (accounts.blesyum.com), and our service processes:

For Marketing Processes:

  • Your identification and contact information (first name, last name, email, phone number) – collected via contact forms, meeting requests, and free analysis applications;
  • Your digital tracking data (IP address, cookie data, device information) – collected via website cookies and ad tracking technologies;
  • Marketing interaction data (campaign parameters, conversion events, email open/click information) – via analytics and advertising measurement tools for which you have given consent.

Purposes of Processing: Promotion of our services, personalized advertising and marketing activities, targeted and retargeting campaigns, advertising performance measurement and conversion tracking, lead generation.

For Service Processes:

  • Your identity and contact information—contracts, billing, project management;
  • Your customer transaction information—payments, deliveries, project tracking;
  • Customer dashboard usage data—activities on accounts.blesyum.com.

Purposes of Processing: Establishment and performance of the contract, provision of services, billing, customer relationship management, and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Data Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred to our hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processor, email delivery provider, if you give your consent to analytics and advertising platforms, and to authorized public institutions and organizations when required by law. 4. Data Collection Methods and Legal Basis

Your data is collected through both automated and non-automated means, including website forms, the customer portal, email/phone communications, essential cookies, and—if you have given your consent—analytics and marketing measurement tools.

Legal grounds: Article 5/2(c) of the KVKK (performance of a contract), (ç) legal obligation, (f) legitimate interest; for marketing activities and cookie use, Article 5/1 of the KVKK (explicit consent).

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred, request rectification, erasure/destruction, object to the results of automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages. SECTION B - DECLARATION OF EXPRESS CONSENT

I have read and understood the Privacy Notice above. In this context:

1. Consent for Data Processing for Marketing Purposes

I consent to the processing of my personal data (identity, contact, digital footprint information, and marketing interaction data) by Blesyum Software and Technology Limited Company for the purposes of advertising, marketing, promotion, and targeted and remarketing/retargeting campaigns, and to be transferred to the analytical and advertising platforms used for these purposes.

This consent is not a requirement for using the Subscription Services: if you do not give your consent, your use of the service will not be restricted; however, marketing communications and measurement will not be conducted.

2. Cookie Usage Consent

I hereby freely and explicitly consent to the use of analytics, marketing, and preference cookies on the website and to the processing of data collected through these cookies.

3. Consent to Cross-Border Data Transfer

I freely and explicitly consent to the transfer of my personal data to infrastructure, analytics, and advertising providers with servers located abroad for the purposes specified above.

I understand that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time, without having to provide a reason. Withdrawing my consent will not affect the lawfulness of data processing activities carried out up to the date of withdrawal.
