Setup and Customer Success Specialist

You’re there for the new customer from day one through the end of the first month: data migration, setup, and training are your job.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll handle new client onboarding: module setup, data migration, and integration setup.
  • You’ll train teams and work with them to close out the first month’s books.
  • You’ll relay requests from the field to the product team—not just “the customer wants this,” but “this task is stalled for this reason.”

What We’re Looking For

  • Field experience in one of the following: ERP, accounting, or e-commerce operations.
  • Comfortable working with Excel and data; able to identify why a spreadsheet isn’t adding up.
  • Patient and strong in written communication.

A Plus

  • Background in financial consulting or bookkeeping.
  • Ability to read SQL.
