General
7 questionYou can start with just one person. Pricing is based on the number of users and the modules you select; you won’t pay for modules you don’t use.
Yes. Current accounts, inventory, open invoices, and historical transactions are transferred with strict controls. Before the migration, we perform a test import using real data; we do not go live until the numbers match.
Yes. You can connect each module to its own domain name—for example, `erp.firmanizin-adi.com`. As soon as you connect it, that becomes the product’s address, and the certificate is automatically obtained.
Our servers are located in Turkey. Each customer’s data is isolated at the database level; a query from one customer cannot see another customer’s records.
Yes. When you cancel your subscription, you can export your data; permanent deletion occurs 30 days later, and you’ll be notified at every step during this period.
Setup and role-based training are included in the starter package. Support packages with guaranteed response times are available for ongoing support; the scope of each package is specified in the contract.
Yes. You can open the modules you want from the dashboard and close the ones you no longer need; your bill for the next billing period will be calculated based on your current list of active modules. The data from the modules you close isn’t deleted—it will still be there when you reopen them.
The number of users, the selected modules, and the scope of data migration significantly affect the price. Rather than providing a list price with additional items added later, we prefer to generate a realistic quote based on a few questions.
Yes. The trial period begins once your account is created; you will be notified via both the control panel and email before the trial period expires.
Yes. The module you add goes live the same day, and the URL is generated automatically; no reinstallation is required.
Monthly or annually, as an e-Archive invoice. You can set up automatic payments from your registered card or pay via bank transfer.
The privacy notice, explicit consent record, data retention periods, and deletion requests are included within the product. Consent is recorded the moment it is given—who, when, and which text was accepted.
It is available and can be made mandatory across the entire workspace. It also includes trusted device management, a session list, and a one-click option to close all sessions.
Daily automatic backups and point-in-time recovery. Backups are stored encrypted in a separate location.
Yes. Information about who changed what and when is stored in the database and cannot be deleted.
No. The store and ERP integrations work bidirectionally: accounts receivable, inventory, and invoices are synchronized, and you keep using your current software. If you decide to switch completely, migrating your existing data is a separate service.
The links here come from within the module you’re using; there is no separate integration program or separate invoice. If the other party (marketplace, shipping company, bank) has its own fee structure, that is a matter between them and you.
The scope varies depending on the modules you select: marketplace and shipping integrations are part of E-Commerce; e-documentation with ERP is part of Consultant; and messaging channels are part of CRM. We’ll clarify which ones will be enabled for you during our meeting.
Integrations can be established with any system that has an API. Blesyum has its own REST endpoints, scope-based API keys, and webhooks; if you need a custom integration for your system, we’ll develop it as part of our Integration Service.
The status on the cards is retrieved from the provider catalog in the dashboard; we do not maintain a separate list for marketing purposes. A link labeled “Coming Soon” indicates it is in the queue, and the date varies depending on coverage. If your project depends on that link, please mention it during the meeting: we plan the sequence accordingly.
Yes, but it’s a small program. Systems that run on your own computer—such as Logo, Mikro, and Netsis—and devices at the register (cash register, receipt printer, scale) are not directly connected to the internet; you need an intermediary running on your network to connect to them. We handle the installation. There is no such installation for links labeled “Cloud.”
No. When the other party does not respond, the transaction remains in the queue and resumes where it left off once the connection is restored; this prevents duplicate entries and ensures no orders are lost. If a connection remains down for an extended period, a warning appears in the panel, and you can see which records are waiting individually.
Yes. The modules work best together, but each one also functions independently. When you add a module later, the data will be linked together.
Yes. The journal and general ledger entries are prepared, signed, and stored upon the close of the period. e-Invoices, e-Archive, e-Waybills, and e-Supplier Invoices also go through the same process—you don’t need to use a separate integration program.
Yes, you can. You can create a user account for your financial advisor that only has access to the accounting and e-Ledger screens; they won’t be able to view sales prices or personnel costs. If you’d like, we can also automatically send them the tax certificates at the end of the period.
The typical turnaround time for current, inventory, and opening balances is 3–5 business days; add 1–2 more days if production recipes are included. We handle the data transfer; you just need to approve the opening balance sheet.
No limits; pricing is based on the number of users. Reseller portal users do not count toward the staff quota.
The panel is browser-based and mobile-friendly. You don’t need to download a separate app.
Yes. The modules work best together, but each one functions independently as well. When you add a module later, the data will be linked.
No limits; pricing is based on the number of users. Reseller portal users do not consume staff seats.

Both. Blesyum’s modules are off-the-shelf products and are configured during setup based on the industry. If there’s a business need that the off-the-shelf module doesn’t meet, we discuss it as a separate software project—scale is not a barrier.
You can get even just one. Modules operate under a single account and a single invoice; any module you add later will access the same data—no reinstallation is required.
Yes. Product, current account, inventory, and open document data will be transferred. We will jointly approve where each field will be mapped BEFORE the migration; the old system will not be shut down until the figures are reconciled on both sides.
Varies depending on the number of modules and data volume: a few days for a single module, and an average of two to four weeks for a multi-module setup. The steps and who is responsible for each step are outlined in the workflow on this page.
It depends on the number of users and the modules you choose. When you fill out the quote form, a customized quote will be generated based on how many users you have and which modules you plan to use.
The dashboard is in Turkish, and each module has its own step-by-step setup wizard. Team training is included in the delivery; we’ll be there to support you for the first week after the site goes live.
No, you don’t need to stop. Orders are routed to Blesyum; you’ll continue to manage campaigns, ads, and store points from your own dashboard.
Inventory is managed in a single pool and is deducted at the time of sale; changes are reflected across all channels. If you wish, you can allocate a reserve quantity per channel to prevent one channel from depleting another’s stock.
Yes. An e-Archive invoice is issued and sent to the recipient via email. Only one setting changes on the day the tax liability begins; the workflow remains the same.
It never stops. The site stays up and running, and Blesyum takes care of it. If you later decide to move to Blesyum Web, that’s a separate decision—it’s not required.
The commission appears within the order line; at the end of the month, the marketplace’s earnings report is compared line by line, and any discrepancies are listed.
A return request is linked to a document: the product is received into inventory, a credit memo is issued, and an accounting entry is posted for the same transaction. The report shows which products were returned and in what quantities.
No. With a franchise, you handle both sales and installation; with a business partnership, you can work either by simply referring customers (referral partnership) or by integrating your own product with Blesyum (technology partnership). We’ll set up whichever option works best for you.
Three models: a solution partnership where you handle setup and customization; a technology partnership where you integrate your own product using general APIs and webhooks; and a referral partnership where you simply introduce the right customer. You can select your choice from the “Partnership Type” field in the form, or if you’re unsure, we can decide together during our meeting.
Earnings are not a one-time bonus, but a revenue share that continues as long as the customer remains with Blesyum. The rate varies depending on the model, volume, and who handles the setup; it is shared in writing during the introductory meeting.
You can. We handle the consultation, setup, and support through our referral partnership; all you need to do is introduce the right client.
No. Training on the eight modules, certification for your team, an unlimited demo environment, and a dedicated support line for partners are all included in the partnership; there is no separate invoice.
It depends on the model. In a solution partnership, you invoice the service fee and we invoice the license fee; in a referral partnership, the contract is established directly with us, and you receive a revenue share.
The partnership team responds to applications within three business days. During the initial meeting, we’ll work together to determine the model and terms that best fit your area of expertise.
This is a reseller agreement, and you take full responsibility for the sale: you find the customer, you handle the installation, and you provide first-level support—in return, you receive reseller pricing and regional priority. In a business partnership, you can also work solely by referring customers; visit the business partnership page to choose one of the three models available there.
Your region is specified in the contract. We will first forward any requests coming directly to us from that region to you, and we will consult with you before assigning a second dealer to the same region. This is why we ask for your city in the application: we will discuss the status of the region during our initial meeting.
You purchase the license at the reseller price and sell it to your customer at the list price; the difference is your margin, and it applies with every renewal as long as the customer remains with Blesyum. The rate is determined based on the contract, your number of active customers, and which modules you sell.
Initial setup, data migration, and first-level support are your responsibility—you handle communication with the customer on our behalf. Server issues, updates, backups, and any cases you can’t resolve are handled by us; we’ll work with you to complete the setup for your first customer.
No. Training for the eight modules, certification for your team, and an unlimited number of demo environments that you can set up separately for each prospective customer are included in the reseller agreement; no separate invoice will be issued.
You’re welcome to apply. The number of clients listed on the form isn’t the only factor—your region, industry, and technical team also play a key role. If your portfolio is small, the partnership reference model might be a better fit; we’ll discuss this further during our meeting.
The channel team responds to applications within three business days. During the initial meeting, we’ll discuss the status of your region, the pricing tier, and the contract terms.
