Child Safety Standards

Version1 · Effective Date November 2, 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

This document outlines our child safety standards for the www.blesyum.com website, the accounts.blesyum.com dashboard, all Blesyum software, and all Blesyum mobile apps published on Google Play and the App Store.

Blesyum adheres to a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards are binding for everyone who uses our services.

2. Our Services and Users

Blesyum software consists of business applications for enterprises (CRM, email, ERP, and similar). Our services do not target individuals under the age of 18, and creating an account requires being of legal age and having the legal capacity to accept the Terms of Service. Nevertheless, since messages, files, and content can be shared through our platform, we apply the following standards across all our services.

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Blesyum services:

  • Creating, uploading, storing, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM); this includes images generated or altered using artificial intelligence.
  • Communicating with a child for sexual purposes, luring a child for sexual purposes, or attempting to recruit a child (grooming).
  • Any content, description, or comment that sexualizes children.
  • Any activity that facilitates sexual extortion (sextortion) of children, child trafficking, or the sexual exploitation of children.
  • Content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates the activities listed above.

4. Reporting Channels

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these standards, you can report it to us through the following channels:

  • From within the app: In Blesyum mobile apps, follow the steps Manage your account › Help and Safety › Report a problem and select "Child Safety" as the subject. Your report will be sent directly to our security team without requiring you to exit the app.
  • Via the web portal: You can use the same reporting form in your account settings at accounts.blesyum.com.
  • By email: You can email us at hello@blesyum.com.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, please first call your country’s emergency hotline (112 in Turkey).

5. How We Respond to Reports

  • Reports regarding child safety are handled with the highest priority, and our system immediately forwards these reports to our authorized team.
  • We immediately restrict access to and remove any content found to contain CSAM or CSAE.
  • We suspend or permanently close the relevant accounts.
  • We preserve records that constitute evidence, in accordance with our legal obligations and solely for sharing with authorized authorities.
  • We retain report records for the legally required period, even if the relevant account is deleted.

6. Reporting to Authorized Authorities

We report cases of CSAM and child sexual abuse identified on our services to the authorized authorities in accordance with applicable laws. In this context:

  • In Turkey: the Cybercrime Units of the General Directorate of Security, the Public Prosecutor’s Offices, and the Information and Communication Technologies Authority’s Ihbar Web hotline (www.ihbarweb.org.tr),
  • Internationally, we collaborate with the NCMEC CyberTipline (National Center for Missing and Exploited Children) and the relevant country’s competent law enforcement agencies

. We respond to lawful requests for information and documents from authorized authorities within the legally prescribed timeframes.

7. Compliance with Legislation

Blesyum complies with the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 (particularly provisions regarding the sexual abuse of children and obscenity), Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet, Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, and all legal regulations regarding child safety in the countries where we provide services.
